The product

From the patient’s account to a clinical report

It structures the patient history, organises the information against internationally accepted clinical criteria and hands the professional a traceable summary with referral guidance. The decision stays with the clinician.

TMDream conversation: the patient describes their symptoms in their own words and the engine asks follow-up questions
The patient describes what is happening in their own words. The engine asks follow-ups and structures what it collects.
What it does

From an unstructured account to usable clinical information

The patient describes what is happening in their own words. TMDream turns that account into structured data the professional can review, challenge and correct before deciding.

Collects

A guided history that adapts to what the patient answers, instead of a long form nobody finishes.

Structures

Organises symptoms against international criteria (DC/TMD, ICOP, ICSD-3, AASM) and flags what information is still missing.

Summarises

Produces a report with what was collected, the warning signs detected and the referral guidance, together with the sources behind it.

TMDream multicluster clinical assessment form
Structured symptom capture, for when the professional prefers a form.

Reasoning in the open

Not a black box

At every question the engine shows which hypotheses it is holding and what evidence supports them. In the side panel each data point is marked as an explicit patient answer or as extracted or inferred, so the professional knows what to double-check.

The output

A report for the professional, not a verdict for the patient

When the session closes, the system generates a structured summary with the information collected, the warning signs and the specialty the case points to.

TMDream does not replace clinical judgement and does not give the patient a diagnosis. It is decision support: the professional reviews, challenges and decides.

Avoiding harm

It also says what not to do

Alongside the guidance, the system flags the interventions best avoided while the picture is unconfirmed. In orofacial pain, much of the harm comes from irreversible treatment carried out on the wrong hypothesis.
