A 30-minute video call with a professional from the network to assess your reason for consultation and guide you on the next steps. Depending on the case, an in-person examination or additional tests may be needed.
Am I talking with an AI or with a professional?
The initial conversation is with TMDream, an artificial intelligence system. If you decide to continue, the teleconsultation takes place by video call with a professional. The chat does not replace that assessment.
How much does it cost? Do I have to book after the chat?
The AI conversation is free and does not oblige you to book. The teleconsultation is paid and lasts 30 minutes: the price and currency are shown before you pay, when the professional confirms your time slot.
What if I need in-person care?
The professional will tell you if an in-person assessment is needed. A video call has limits: it does not allow all the examinations needed to establish a diagnosis.
How is my information used?
Before starting the chat, you can read the Privacy Policy to learn how your information is processed, who can access it and how to exercise your rights. If you book, you will be told what information the professional will receive.
How can I change or cancel my appointment?
You can cancel and get a full refund up to 24 hours before your appointment; after that, you can reschedule it. To cancel or change the time, reply to the confirmation email or write to us at [email protected].
