TMDream is built with Privacy by Design principles. All triage data is processed in a fully anonymized form within the client's infrastructure, with zero centralized storage or sale of medical records. It is designed to support LGPD-, GDPR- and HIPAA-compliant deployments.
1. Data Collection and Purpose
The triage system collects self-reported symptoms, pain descriptors, and basic information such as age and gender, focused on orofacial pain and related disorders. These data are used exclusively to generate preliminary clinical guidance and referral recommendations.
2. Data Sovereignty and Private Infrastructure
TMDream runs locally in the infrastructure contracted by the clinical center or hospital. Health information collected during triage never leaves the partner institution's secure servers, ensuring full control and regulatory compliance.
3. Data Subject Rights
In compliance with LGPD and GDPR, patients and clinicians have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port any processed data. Requests should be sent directly to the data controller of the healthcare institution operating the system locally.
